As a licensed Broker, Cat sees continuing education as a way to benefit himself and his clients. He recently graduated with a 100% GPA in a Commercial Real Estate Development Executive program from the prestigious institution of Cornell University.

A true believer in the value of giving back, Cat serves on the board of The Senior Advocates of the Desert. He is a self-described sports nut and a former athlete at the US Olympic Training Center. Cat was a US team member in both taekwondo and the modern pentathlon and continues to compete recreationally in tennis and alpine ski racing.
